Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical research design, instrument development, and data collection processes.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Draft high-quality sections of reports and client deliverables.
• Ensure timely, client-ready outputs.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and communicate progress proactively.
• Identify risks or issues early and support project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Economics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience (internships/attachments accepted).
• Master’s degree holders with no experience are eligible.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel, Stata, and SPSS.
• Experience with ODK platforms (KOBO, SurveyCTO, ODK, CommCare).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Python, R, Advanced Excel, SPSS or STATA is an added advantage.
